By using this Bot as a member of a server or by adding this bot to a server you manage, you agree that you have read and agree to this policy.

This is my "Privacy Policy" which sets out the policy which governs our use of information you provide in connection with Kanon Bot. The terms "you" and "your" refer to all individuals or entities accessing this website/service. The terms "I", "myself, and "my" refer to the bot owner, Neon#5555 and "bot" refers to the Discord bot itself.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes in our Privacy Policy will be effective immediately. By using this bot, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you may leave the server that contains the bot, or if you are in control of the server, you may remove the bot from the server. If you, the service user, do not agree to this document, you may revoke authorization of the application(s) in your 'Authorized Apps' menu.

The Information I Collect and How I Collect It

Data Collected By Command

The following items may be collected and stored when intentionally provided by a user (usually by means of a command). This data will not be collected automatically. When providing data in this way, you forego any rights to the content of the data provided.

• Server configurations
• Identification information (IDs publicly available through Discord's API)
• Command inputs and message content for automated tasks (reminders, strike system, administrative commands) - modmail contents are excluded from collection, and I do not have any access to these.

Data Collected When Enabled

These items will be automatically collected if a bot is configured to perform certain actions by a server manager. These features are always opt-in, and thus this data will not be collected unless the corresponding feature is enabled.

• Message content (server logs for administrative purposes - this content is never stored locally and is not visible outside of the server)
